The ROAR Method™ was not created in a boardroom or assembled from borrowed marketing formulas. It grew from Angie’s own experience of rebuilding, years spent studying how people and businesses transform, and a refusal to accept answers that sounded good but failed to hold up in real life.
Across hundreds of businesses, she saw the same costly disconnect: accomplished leaders possessed far more authority than their positioning communicated. They compensated by overdelivering, overexplaining, lowering their prices, and working harder to earn trust their experience had already earned.

Born in West Virginia and shaped by the years she spent coming of age in the Carolinas, Angie carries deep Southern roots with her. Five years ago, she made her way back to the mountains of Virginia—and found the place where her heart feels most at home and her soul thrives.
Angie lives in Southwest Virginia with her three pit bull fur babies, Bailey, Koda and Roo... where open land, mountain views, quiet moments, and plenty of canine supervision give her room to think.
She has always been drawn to what lives beneath the obvious—the patterns, instincts, symbols, and unspoken truths that conventional formulas tend to miss. A systems thinker by nature, Angie sees the connections and leverage points others overlook, then turns complexity into clear strategy and stronger decisions.
That same curiosity shapes her work. She questions what everyone else accepts, follows the threads others overlook, and tells the truth even when the easier answer would be more comfortable.
